Call me at 336-274-5148. You will need to leave a message after my voice mail recording if you wish me to return your call. Sometimes while I'm working on a client's project and am on a deadline I do not answer my phone.

PLEASE NOTE: I do not purchase products or services from vendors via phone or e-mail unless I initiate the contact - period. This includes nonprofit organizations soliciting donations. All of my donations to nonprofit organizations are budgeted long-term. This is to save your time calling or e-mailing me as I only purchase products and services from people I know.
Special note for patients:
If you are inquiring about your bill for your doctor's office, please do not include any confidential information in your e-mail. Because of HIPAA regulations, I would be unable to give you information by e-mail.
If you leave a message on my voice mail, you will need to do so after my recorded message, or I will not get the information you wish to leave.
If you wish to leave your insurance information on my voice mail, please give the ID number, group number, and name of insured, name of insurance company and their mailing address. This information should be located on your card.
Your doctor does not take credit cards, so please do not leave this information. If your insurance company uses a credit card to pay your invoices, contact them and they can give you an alternative way to pay through them.
Please send all payments to your doctor's address.
For those who are interested in doing transcription, please see my blog below, as I no longer answer those types of questions by phone unless you want to set up an appointment for a consultation. This is at a prepaid $30-an-hour rate.
